Role: We are seeking energetic and driven Sales Representatives to be on the ground generating leads and closing deals for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans. The ideal candidate should be proactive, excellent at building relationships, and possess strong sales acumen.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential clients for business, mortgage, housing and personal loans through field sales activities.
  • Understand client needs, present suitable loan products, and guide them through the loan application process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by generating high-quality leads and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the credit team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in financial services, DSA and NBFCs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain financial products.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Basic knowledge of financial documents and business models.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in selling business, mortgage, housing and personal loans.
  • Background in NBFCs, DSAs or tech companies focused on financial products.
